Our CleanSpace system isolates the crawl space from the ground, keeping moisture and pests at bay and allowing homeowners to use their crawl space for storage and other needs.
This 1936 home had a limestone basement that was constantly flooding.
After the installation. The WaterGuard has been installed around the perimeter and CleanSpace has been installed on the wall.
CarbonArmor® wall straps are bonded to the basement wall with an ultra-strong two-part epoxy adhesive. To install WaterGuard®, our team creates a trench around the perimeter of the interior basement.
A helical pier owes its name to the helical plates welded to the pier shaft. These plates help to pull the pier into the soil during installation and provide anchoring strength as the weight of the foundation or structural element is transferred to the pier.
The finished crawl space. This project included the SaniDry dehumidifier system. A SaniDry dehumidifier helps prevent crawl space moisture as well as maintain an ideal level of humidity in your living space.
The beams in this crawl space needed some extra support.
