The salesman made me feel comfortable and the crew was very understanding and very helpful.
He understood with this virus that I need him to wear a mask and I also wore a mask and stayed at least 6 feet away. Being a senior this was very important
Very understanding and very helpful. I know working in the basement in this hot weather is very hard and didn't expect them to wear masks. I did wear a shield and stayed away while they did the work. I checked out the work with the head of the crew and once again he understood that I was staying away to not only protect myself and him also. They were very professional. This young man went over the operation of the pump and that it has a battery backup.
As far as I could see they did a wonderful job cleaning up. I really appreciate.
