I will say that I believe the services are a little overpriced, but you do get what you pay for. I would recommend the company not use the electrical company (Electric Connection I believe) that installed my outlet again. I had to tell them numerous times what was needed and they were not familiar with the triple safe sump pump system at all. Not a fault of mid-state basement systems though.

Manuel was excellent. The whole installation crew went above and beyond to do things correctly without us even having to mention or worry about anything. They took the extra time to clean up and do little things to contribute to the overall appearance of the job they did. It showed they actually cared about their work and our home.
