When my newly purchased home flooded recently, I dreaded having to get estimates and to deal with the insurance adjustor. Anxiety overload! Legacy was the first to answer the phone and to get me worked in for a quote right away. I was anxiety ridden anticipating dreadful news, high pressure sales tactics, and someone that might not understand my needs nor listen to my concerns. Legacy did an exceptional job of being patient, kind, considerate, and honest. I instantly felt comfortable, and the experience, knowledge, and advice Legacy gave me was priceless. There were no high pressure sales tactics! The result was that I don't require their services at this time, but if I ever do need foundation repair services, I will call them and only them. I felt as if my own son was helping guide me through my options. There was no rush, no pressure, and no stress. I actually enjoyed it! The employees are absolutely delightful, and the integrity of the company and staff is profound. I'm very relieved that they truly listened and cared.
