Lou Burgess

Louis comes to Omni Basement Systems with over 30 years of customer service experience. He also has credentials and experience in accounting, so he knows how important it is to look after his customer's largest asset...their home. Louis also adds R.V. design to his many skills. As a highly valued member of the Systems Design team, he is aware of the issues his customers face and how devastating they can be.

Louis has a thorough understanding of basement waterproofing and moisture control and brings a focused, intelligent approach to each waterproofing and structural challenge he is faced with. He is convinced that the complete suite of basement systems products is the most innovative and cost-effective solution for his clients in Southern Ontario.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his four children as well as woodworking, golfing, traveling, and watching sports. Louis is committed to providing his customers with the best possible solutions for their homes
