His skill set is backed by specialized training in refrigeration repairs, motor rewinding, motors and controls, as well as HVAC and Gas 3 certification.

Passionate about innovation, Roger enjoys learning new things and designing creative solutions using electrical controls. His curiosity and problem-solving mindset make him a valuable asset on any project.
