I feel that there should have been more knowledge about the soil conditions in our area so that there would be no surprise in the cost of the job.

David was very nice but I felt that the pressure was very strong to make the sale. I would have liked more time to think about things rather than being called every day and also meetings that went way into the evening.

This crew was awesome. The usual people there were Alfredo, Dustin, Gord and Luke. They were efficient and pleasant to be around. They worked very hard.

The cleanup was amazing. I never thought they would get all that stuff out of the basement and leave it as neat as they did. But it was very neat when they left.
