What made you choose our company:
Able to do the work the quickest. Only concern is that I am committed to do a yearly inspection, at a cost, to keep the warranty valid. Is this accurate? This was not explained to me.

In response to your concern about the warranty on your sump system; we strongly recommend that you have an annual maintenance done to keep your system running smoothly and to keep the cost for repairs (if ever needed) after the warranty expires down to a minimum. If you choose not to have an annually maintenance, it will not affect your warranty. It is just a strong recommendation.
