Dear Foundation Guys:In reference to the email that I received from you in June 23rd of this year - and which unfortunately I have misfiled - in which you asked me to share my thoughts about the installation you completed for me in July last year. Let me first apologize: I am sorry for the delay in responding, but I have been unwell. I am now feeling much better and have almost recovered; touch wood. As for the subject you raise, I have experienced no further measurable water ingress in my basement since your second visit last July.I have, however been holding out on restoring my furniture and appliances to said location until we experience a deluge of the kind that we encountered a number of times last year. However, the Spring / Summer weather this year has been a mere trickle, in terms of “moisture,’’ than last year’s torrential offerings.I am almost convinced to give you my unreserved approval, especially when I consider your expressed warranty obligation - and the discourses between myself and Dana. I was very impressed by Dayna’s concerns and cooperation; I also enjoyed his ‘other than business’ conversations. Please take the above comment as my 99.99% approval. The only negative comment I would make is that the guys chipped off a couple of inches of the Transparent Window Well Cover’s Vertical Side Flange on the RHS during re-installation (it has thus far not delivered any negative consequence). Note: I have already advised a friend of the quality of your services, and would so advise others who might approach me similarly.Please also express my thanks and good wishes to Dana.
