Alain reviewed the work to be done to deal with the water issue. Took measurements and explained the purpose of each procedure, going through what was needed prior to the team arrival to ensure minimum interruption to the work flow and to my family. Also reviewed possible work dates, subject to finalization of paperwork.   

Joel(JR)reviewed the work to be done to deal with the water issue. Took measurements and explained the purpose of each procedure, going through what was needed prior to the team arrival to ensure minimum interruption to the work flow and to my family. Also reviewed possible work dates, subject to finalization of paperwork.  

 Team clean and just got on with the work as described in the contract. There was much less noise and dust than I expected, this has to be attributed to experience and care shown by the team.
