Excellent presentation. Problem we had was the outcome was not our expectation. After speaking at length with Matthew, we understood what we were looking at. Still wish we had known the porch and step lift come out not flush. We are still pleased.
You definitely need to hang on to Matthew and his helper. Outstanding young men. He was SO professional. He answered all questions we had. Very diplomatic and courteous. Hang on to him.
What made you choose our company:
Learned of you from TV. The competition that said they could do the same thing came out and quoted but would not do steps/porch. Since raising the concrete slabs was a small job didn’t really want to do. Said if they did it, it would be $4k. That’s apparently their min job amount to come to Greenville. Up to that point we didn’t know they weren’t in Greenville.
