Although the work took much longer than anticipated, the company stood behind everything that was promised by our Account Manager

The team kept us informed of the rescheduling- even when members of the install team when to the emergency room

Sales Process

John Chavis is a gem. He brought in all additional players for options, he listened and made sure the work was completed as promised

Our Installation Crew

Our first install team was ok.. Not great, our final install team was amazing especially given all their challenges

You provided us with options in the proposal process. Probably honestly, the fact John brought in others from the team to make sure we have covered every angle in the decision making process. You gave us a discount and also promised and executed volunteer hours of moving the items underneath the House.
