The bathroom floor tile has cracked, and a small crack appeared in the Sheetrock at the corner of the bathroom door . Flooring in bathroom shows less than 1/2" deflection, but enough to crack the tile floor. I expect that after 17 years, the 16 foot truss span could use some support via the crawl 20" space
