Cherie B. lives in Clarksville, TN, and has joined the Frontier family as their Customer Care Manager. She looks forward to helping customers who may be in difficult situations with their homes. Providing excellent customer service and creating a pleasant guest experience is her favorite part of the job. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family or taking her kids to their extracurricular activities.
