Courtney Kirk

Courtney brings ten years of experience in human resources and recruiting to the Frontier team. Throughout her career, she has supported growing teams in both distribution center and call center environments, helping connect the right people with the right opportunities.

One of Courtney’s favorite parts of her role is helping people find their purpose and watching them grow. She especially enjoys the moment someone learns they got the job and seeing the excitement on their face when they walk in for their first day.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her daughter and their dog. After moving from Texas about a year ago, they’ve enjoyed exploring their new home with spontaneous adventures like day trips to new places, discovering hiking spots, and searching for the best restaurants in town.
