He also completed Goodwill’s “Grow with Google” IT Support program, where he received training in computer setup, protocol, and security. Joel enjoys solving problems and helping set others up for success by making sure the technology they rely on works smoothly and efficiently.

Based in Springfield, TN, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and their two cats. Outside of work, he likes camping and working with his 3D printer.
