Job review from John in Nashville, TN 37205 on 11/13/17

Mostly solid, good and better than other home improvement companies I've dealt with. There was a scheduling snafu on the initially appointed day. On both, the original date and the re-scheduled date, I had to follow-up to check on status. Could have been a little more pro-active on communicating when delays were going to happen. All other communications were good.

I had to do a little additional wipe-down of the piping, lid and adjacent HVAC unit (concrete splatter,) but overall did a good job of clean-up. It didn't take me but a minute to wipe down the items I mentioned.
