The project encountered several issues along the way, including a missing CleanSpace system, forgotten paperwork, and leaks, which is why I couldn't give 5s all around. HOWEVER, mistakes happen in any project, and what impressed me was how they were dealt with. Nobody--office staff, installation crew, sales rep--was anything but respectful, courteous, helpful, accommodating, and quick to make things right. In the end, we're incredibly happy with the extensive work we got done. Our crawlspace is clean, dry, and well sealed.
