I had three different crews at my home for different projects over several months. To a person, I found them to be considerate and respectful to work with, and I was grateful for the great work they did. Scheduler Jen and Carpenter Brad were especially critical to making this whole process positive. And Alex and the water abatement install crew were superb.
Anytime I called people were great.
Steve always followed up with me quickly.
They even made a special trip here to clean up a pile of debris since I had folks coming into town. I hugely appreciated that.
What made you choose our company:
I reviewed bids from 4 different water abatement companies and I chose Frontier for 3 main reasons: 1) Online reviews were better than the others. 2) The cost was in the middle. 3) Frontier installed egress windows, which I needed installed in the basement, and I couldn't find anyone else to do this.
