Everyone that I talked to was very friendly and responsive.
Chris did a good job explaining the options for waterproofing.
Fernando Mendoza and his crew answered all my questions and explained everything they did. They worked hard and finished the job earlier than was estimated. As far as I can tell so far, and I am keeping an eye on everything just to make sure, everything that was done looks good.
All the scrap material was removed by Mr. Mendoza and his crew, and other than a thick layer of dust, the basement looked fine.
