Today, an annual maintenance check on a waterproofing system that we have in a storm shelter, LT Roper and Donald H were the two technicians who came to our house. They were running a little late, but called to let me know and make sure the time frame was still good for me. They were very polite, friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation.
