Andrew came by yesterday to conduce our annual maintenance check. Since we have had extensive plumbing repairs in our crawl space this past year, we were anxious to hear the results of Andrew's review. Andrew was extremely thorough in his review and analysis, and helpful in removing some debris (and a dead mouse) left there by our plumbing crew. Thanks, Andrew !
