What made you choose our company:

I had my crawl-space done in September with an AprilAire "air machine" installed, sealed vents and door, and mold mediation. That job was very well done (an 11 on a 1-10 scale). My unit's exterior pilot light shorted out and I called the office. That very day the electrician was out to check and suggested I get a Hydrometer installed in my home so I could have full control of the unit in my crawl space from the comfort of the upstairs my home. I was definitely interested, so he made arrangements and James and Jose' were out at 8:00 Friday morning. I am 110% satisfied with their installation and the AprilAire Hydrometer. I suggest that it should be mentioned to all customers who have this unit installed in a crawl space----it is a "must have" accessory. I can't say enough about Master Dry and its wonderful employees and the great service they provide.
