All of the staff from sales to installation were very professional, pleasant, and knowledgable.
Bill was very professional and friendly. He was easy to work with and worked with us on getting the best bid possible.
All 4 of the guys were super nice and easy to communicate with. They were helpful about explaining questions we had about the process.
We have a pretty good slope and it seemed to take a long time to backfill the job. They also took some dirt from around a large tree and I hope the tree survives. We will have to order extra rock since they scooped up alot of what we had and backfilled it.
What made you choose our company:
We choose Master Dry as they seemed more knowledgeable about the job. They were the most expensive but Bill worked with us with the competitive pricing. Even though Master Dry was a little more expensive the fact that they knew how to do the job made us comfortable enough to accept their bid over the other 2 bids we had.
