What made you choose our company:
Neither I nor my friends/coworkers had any experience with MasterDry or any other companies that perform the type of repair we needed. I had received mailing advertisements from MasterDry, so I gave you all a try. I had also gotten another estimate prior to talking to the Inspector/Estimator (Jimmy Lones), but the guy I met with for the "Other company" was very loose with his estimating and wanted to sell me a complete removal/reinstallation of my driveway. His estimate was 5 times higher than the repair estimate from MasterDry. More importantly, though, I just didn't get a good "vibe" from him....and I felt like if I picked him I could very likely be one of those people you see talking to the local news station about a contractor that took off without finishing the job. I am GLAD I CONTACTED YOU INSTEAD! From the very start I could sense the competence and professionalism of everyone I met from MasterDry. The crew that performed the work (Jake and Cody) are top shelf, and confirmed that I made the right choice for the job! I hope I never need this kind of work done again....but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact your fine company!
