Very professional. He explained the entire process and was detailed.
It had been raining for several days. They still came and completed the job in a timely manner.
Because of the rain it was hard to get the yard as good as I'm sure they would have liked. But, considering the circumstances they did there best.

It is rare in today's world to have a company that actually does what they say they are going to do and follow up with the process. The installation crew took a small piece out of the front porch. Curtis Ward came out to look at it and offered to pay for the repair. He followed up with me several times to make sure I was happy and Masterdry had done everything to my satisfaction. Great company!
