We were impressed with the ongoing training provided to employees. Affiliation with trained structural engineers (Corum Engineering) was also a plus.
Knowledgeable and professional. Low-key sales presentation - no pressure. We always appreciate when sales people promote their own products rather than simply denigrating the competition. We want to hear precisely why a proposed solution is superior to that offered by competitors; Master Dry did this.

What made you choose our company:
In addition to Master Dry we received two quotes from other companies. We were careful to compare "apples to apples" so that the price comparison would be fair. All three companies offered similar solutions. Master Dry was the least expensive (significantly less in one case) and had the best warranty. Although the work was not an emergency Master Dry was also able to do the work in a timely manner. One competitor had a backlog of 3 months and the other could not do the work for about 1 month. Both the sales representative and the installation crew encouraged questions; communication was excellent. The only problem was that the installation crew hit the water line going into our home but they quickly repaired it. As of this writing, we have no water problems so apparently they repaired it properly!
