Installation of the black plastic vapor barrier hadn't been included on the installation crew's order. Instead of calling the office to see about this, the installation crew pulled off the job. After my call, the issue was clarified and the crew came back out and did a good job. I think they could have save themselves some travel time and us some aggravation by taking ownership of the issue. Not a big deal, but it was a bit disconcerting to us for a little while.
Left the place better than when they got there.
