Kyle, the group leader was very nice as was the whole team but Kyle seemed inexperienced. I had to ask for the paperwork that went along with the sump pump and he explained that they usually didn't give that material to the homeowner. The material contained information that I needed to register the sump pump. It would've been helpful if he would've shown me the registration information on the power cord from the sump pump.
