What made you choose our company:
I literally had about every major foundation company out to my house to give estimates. Your company stood out for several reasons. 1) Your sales professional, BJ, was very knowledgable about the issues my home was facing, your products, and the process of enacting the solutions you offered. He was alaso extremely patient, understanding, and comprehensive in his communications. I could always count on whatever he said he would do. Stand up guy. His professionalism was the first "gold star" that set you WAY above the rest. 2) Your products were high quality and you had many options, along with very helpful and nicely arranged product guides. This was nice to "see" what solutions I was considering and to know they were top notch. 3) The other companies had either unprofessional and pushy sales reps, disorganized processes for following up or providing estimates, rude staff who answered phones, and/or limited products (and tried to sell me on their product was better which was why they didn't offer other options...obvious coverup). Honestly, the competition wasn't even close. RamJack was second on my list but they had several of the issues I just noted. Again, your professionalism in your demeanor, product offering, and clarity of solutions is why you are no doubt the best. Not to mention, your many years of experience in the industry with great reviews online.
