Job review from Kelly in Hixson, TN 37343 on 01/11/21

the ones that did the waterproofing portion was excellence 5 rating!! I have concerns of the electrical portion. It was explained that the equipment would have their own breaker and when it was installed it not that way. also they told me they would be turned off a breaker to do their connection and when I question them they said they did not turn anything off, the electrician said he sent his supervisor a picture of the electoral cabinet, but the electrician did not notify me that there was any breaker tripped before he started their work. they drilled in to the wall and the concrete dust is all over everything below even the sump pump? not impressed with that at all, nor the electrician sent out twice? that's why the over low rating,
