We were pleased with the knowledge of the sales rep who made recommendations to help save us money while still achieving the outcome we desired. The office staff was helpful and friendly throughout the scheduling process, both for the original estimate and the actual waterproofing. They took the time to verify all appointments in advance and keep us updated. The crew that installed the waterproofing system was professional and efficient. They worked tirelessly until the project was completed which took less time than we anticipated. The took care to clean everything and show us what was accomplished. We are extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to waterproof their basement.
