I only talked to a lady who scheduled the work and a lady who took my payment.

Sales Process

I thought he was nice and knowledgable. I questioned him about materials so I would understand that we were going all steel. When he did the agreement he changed the materials to wood. I don't read well and signed the agreement thinking it was all steel. After voicing my concern with the installer he installed all steel. I hope it was an honest mistake but, I have not heard back from him.
