Call Representative

Received a phone call 2 weeks out, explaining who would be arriving and date. Heard nothing else. Even a day or two before. A lot can happen in 2 weeks. Would liked to had call a day or 2 before procedure. Had to contact salesman to see if I was on schedule the night before.
