Ricky and Ben (Bob) were truly professional and courteous. Superior knowledge!! Took the time to explain what and how they were gonna lift the slap prior to getting started. Once started they answered any questions I had which was a lot during the process. However they never once seemed like I was a bother and would pause to answer any questions or explain exactly what they were doing. Very knowledgeable!! True professionals!!
