I had solicited bids from three companies in the Knoxville area. Two of those companies were pretty much eliminated, on the spot, after they left my residence. I thought the price Master Foundation and Crawl Space Repair quoted was high and, that I would consider getting more estimates. However, after visiting homes here [company had previously done remediation work and seeing the high quality of work done and the recommendation of the happy homeowner I decided to have Master Foundation and Crawl Space Repair do the work because I thought I got a great deal of value of the money I was going to spend. The second reason was because of the high quality and level of professionalism of all the Master Foundation and Crawl Space Repair personnel ... that's to include Nick Hodge who made a subsequent derive call to our residence to correct a crimped condensate line. Great job by everyone.
Dean Leonard did a thorough job of explaining what would take place, showed examples of the materials that would be used and answered all my questions completely. He was exemplary in returning my phone calls and offering follow up support.
Nick and Ben were professional and thorough. Very efficient and completed the job ahead of time without cutting corners. They made every effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer. They deserve a pay vsraise!
Again, Nick and Ben left the completed job without any evidence of litter of left behind materials.
