From day one, I was satisfied with all of my interactions. I received my initial visit and quote about 28 months ago. When I called back 2 weeks ago to speak to Master Foundation and Crawl Space Repair once again about getting another quote accomplished, I was put back in touch with my original salesman, who also still had all of my notes, emails and drawings from Nov 2013. I was impressed not only with the timeliness of the house call, but the simple fact that all previous work and notes were still stored, making it very easy to refer back to previous conversations and inspections. That honestly impressed me quite a bit, knowing that I wasn't just a random person who called. The ability to pull all past documentation to refer to issues, and see what was occurring over two years later to provide new recommendations, was an absolute deal sealer for me. The professionalism, quality of work, and friendliness of all staff is why I chose Master Foundation and Crawl Space Repair, and why I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future needs.
