Standing water in crawl space after heavy rains. It's partly a grading issue outside, one that I think could be addressed with topsoil and proper grading, but I'm afraid I need to ensure that there aren't any spots in the foundation wall (part brick, part cinder block) where water is seeping/flowing in. The house was built in 1925, and is standing strong, but I want to make sure it will still be standing strong for the rest of my lifetime and beyond.
