They responded quickly when called
Courteous and prompt
Came out and looked at the area. Explained everything, and made sure we knew what was needed
They were here when they said they would be, even a little early. They went over everything they were going to do and made sure everything was protected as much as possible.
They cleaned everything up, and asked if we wanted the protective plastic left on the floors since we had to have sheet rock done, which we really appreciated.
What made you choose our company:
Answered our questions on the phone and had someone out the next day to look at the problem. Explained that we didn't need as much as we were anticipating, and didn't try to sell us a job we really didn't need.
