We have a dirt floor in our crawl space. The contractor that built the home in 2014 never installed a sump pump so we did a temporary system but we need a more permanent repair and a outside down spout drain system. We are looking at putting a 4" gravel base with concrete on top for a floor but not sure if this is the best thing to do, any ideas would help. The house barely meets grade so not a lot of slope away from the home and we are on a septic system.
