Reviewed several companies, spoke to a couple and liked what I heard from your representative best. Only concern was when I was reinstalling the baseboard heat I could see a significant space between the wall and foundation floor. I don't know if that should have been filled or if the drainage system will pick up any moisture. Also unsure of the structural capacity of that wall presently.
