Allen Harrow

Allen brings an extraordinary level of technical expertise and leadership to Team TDC, backed by a distinguished career in nuclear power and service as a U.S. Navy submariner. With more than 30 years of experience at a nuclear power plant, culminating in his final role as Director of Engineering and member of the senior leadership team, Allen approaches home performance with unmatched analytical precision.

He holds degrees in electrical engineering and computer science, alongside an advanced degree in nuclear engineering. Growing up in the home repair business, he also has hands-on experience installing electrical wiring and plumbing in multiple homes. Furthermore, he served as vice chair of his church reconstruction team following a tornado, giving him deep experience in project management and coordinating multiple trades.

What Allen enjoys most is working with people and helping them solve complex problems. He is most proud of his service in the Navy and his decades in the power industry. In his free time, he loves to fish and hike.
