Job review from Annette in Williamsburg, VA 23188 on 09/06/22

We had been told by Cameron that the blow in insulation was not dangerous enough to require leaving the house for 24 hrs , that it was really only if we were "sensitive" to such things, but luckily we had planned to do so. The installers told us that this was required for our health. Even after the 24 hrs, we could still smell the chemicals.

We did have to call to find out the actual scheduled date for install, but apparently, I had missed an email.

Cameron was very thorough! Luckily we had HOURS to spend with him because he was with us for three hours explaining the process; we probably chose your company because of this, but it was a huge amount of time to invest with him. We had no idea it would be this long. Maybe a heads up next time.

The crew that came in the first day worked an hour, took a break, and then finished within an hour. Luckily, we were not paying by the hour.

This was good.
