      Called to request information about the dehumidification equipment in the crawlspace of my recently purchased home. The very pleasant lady (Janelle) who answered the phone had one of their technicians call me that same day to answer my questions. The technician (Jerry) was very pleasant and informative. The next morning Janelle called to tell me that Jerry was in the neighborhood of my home and offered to stop by for a free evaluation of my equipment. He did, crawled under the house with me, and thoroughly explained my equipment to me. No charge. Great customer service and I'll be using Fortress Foundations in the future.

    Very professional in all areas of the job.We were given plenty of information to look over before consultation with representative in our home. The company representative was very knowledgable and reviewed all materials and gave ample time to listen to our questions and concerns.My wife and I were confident with our decision to go forward with the representatives plans for waterproofing our basement.

    We contacted multiple companies, many who didn't bother to return our call or show up for an appointment, and we're impressed with the professional and prompt service we received with Fortress. After comparing their quote to others, not only did they do a lot of things other companies did not, their price was extremely competitive. They arrived on time and were extremely concerned with our satisfaction during the whole process and got it done quickly and efficiently. I no longer dread going into my basement since it smells wonderful and no longer moldy and musty!

    Jordan and his crew were excellent from day 1. Great work. Had a couple issues with the foundation drain that was installed and Jordan was very prompt to figure out the problems and addressed them in a satisfactory manner
