This is what the crawlspace looked like before our Fortress Team encapsulated it.
This crawl space was filled with mold and debris before our Production Crew got to it!
This is what the crawl space looked like when Danny went for his inspection. There was lots of water damage on the walls.
When floor joists are exposed to a dirt floor, any moisture can cause mold, mildew or wood rot.
Moisture was absorbed by the insulation causing it to get saturated and fall down.
After CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Installation
Moisture coming from exposed earth can cause mold, mildew and wood damage.
These lower wall panels, called 'Everlast Wall Panels', cover where the wall was cut to install WaterGuard. They are installed as a finishing touch to make any basement beautiful. The Thermal Dry Floor Tiles are waterproof and durable!
