Prior to that, he attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received his B.S. in Nutrition Science. 3 Pros Basement Systems came to Jason’s home for some comfort issues he was having, and he enjoyed the experience so much and was so fascinated at the solutions they offered, that he decided to join us. 

In his spare time, Jason enjoys weight lifting.

Loose air vents, fallen insulation, and walls with gaps that allow airflow in and out of the crawl space.
Musty and dirty, you can see where dirt has moved across the top of the black plastic floor covering over the years through air and excessive water.
The old insulation in the crawl space was sagging and had completely fallen down in many places, rendering it useless.
This old sump pump wasn't working efficiently and needed to be replaced.
Old school plastic covering the dirt floors of a crawl space can actually do more harm than good. They trap moisture below and enhance the possibility of mold and mildew.
After the old yucky insulation was removed and properly disposed of, dimple matting is installed on the crawl space dirt floor.
Designing a full plan for how to displace unwanted water so that it does not come back into the home is important to the success of a project.
We identified the lowest point in the basement to place the sump pump. Water travels to the lowest point ina basement so it is the best place to place the pump in case of any flooding.
