Very pleased with the whole process from sales to scheduling to the installation process. Christine is polite and professional. Scott was a great salesman who did not make us watch all the videos or try to sell us more than we need, such as sump pump etc, which we appreciate greatly. We've always preferred short and sweet sales presentation, even when we are not in the midst of unpacking.
