Moisture content in our crawlspace. As I've been able to do a lot of yard work lately I noticed a funky smell I'd ocassionally catch coming from one of the crawlspace vents. Shortly after we moved in 9 years ago standing water was found in the crawlspace. We invested in redoing footing drains, additional french drains, drainage in the crawlspace, new insulation and sealing the ductwork. I'm wondering if we need to be doing something more like adding a dehumidifier but would like to consult with experts on recommended next coarse of action. We recently had our pest control take a look thinking maybe something got in only to find out that wasn't the case and other than smelling a little funky he felt like the crawlspace was one of the cleanest he had been in but also caveated with he wasn't a crawlspace expert. My husband has had some health issues and I'd really like someone to come take a look to make sure we aren't surprised with something bigger in the long run. Our house is only 1400 sq feet so on the small side. Let me know if this is something you can come take a look at.
