  Andy and Austin completed the work in just a few hours. My new egress window is absolutely perfect! They also did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Very professional and friendly!

  Andy, Logan, and Austin did an excellent and efficient job installing 5 Carbon Armor strips on the east wall of my basement. They were able to complete this install in about two plus hours. They also cleaned up and vacuumed up any mess or debris left from the installation. The crew replaced the foam installation that they had to remove in order to install the 5 Carbon Armor strips. All in all, it was a "job well done".

  We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Sure-Dry. The crews, especially Andy and Austin, were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient explaining every part of the process (multiple times if needed). They worked neatly and efficiently throughout the whole process. When unexpected issues came up, they helped make a stressful situation way more manageable, and ensured everything was repaired right. The only negative comment we have is that we wish the sales personnel was a little more knowledgeable or could bring along the people actually doing the work when quoting, maybe some of the curveballs with our project could have been avoided. That being said we would have no hesitation working with Sure-Dry again for any future needs.

  Andy and Austin worked very hard in extreme heat to complete what I am sure was a non-typical installation on my garage. They were able to pull the rear block wall straight which was deflected over 4 inches on one end. They are both expert operators and craftsmen. With all the fieldstone it was quite a challenge to restore everything to finished grade but they did an admirable job.I highly recommend Sure-Dry for foundation repair!
