Bob, the sales person, and Jim,the repair person, both did an excellent job. I needed the work scheduled quickly and was accomodated by everyone. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. The 25 year guarantee provides confidence that the work was done properly or will be re-done, if necessary, at no cost to me.
